Kevlar Injection Molded Rod EndsOur use of TIG welded, tubular steel control arms and Kevlar Injection Molded Rod Ends, create a suspension platform durable enough for the racetrack but simple enough to use on your daily driver. The tubular control arms resist the twisting and bending that the stamped factory design is subject to. The state of the art rod ends create an extremely precise pivot point that ensures accurate travel throughout the suspension's range of motion.

Upper Control Arm DisplayTubular A-Arm design with tig welding construction. Ball joint geometry correction to eliminate binding when a-arms are lowered. Simple camber/caster adjustments without using shims which enables you to have full contact of pivot shaft to shock tower and allows absolute precision in adjustments. Kevlar rod ends for strength, that are self cleaning and self lubricating. Precision construction for extremely smooth and precise operation with no binding. Factory Design...

Factory Upper Control ArmOne of the major shortcomings of classic automobiles is their handling characteristics. While going down a straight highway this early design may seem adequate, but it does not meet today's standards during braking and cornering. The 1960's technology and manufacturing methods are a mere shadow of what is possible today. The stamped steel design and rubber bushings of the factory suspension allow unwanted deflection. This deflection translates into inconsistencies in the arch of travel that the suspension moves through. The end result is an overly "soft" suspension system and sometimes unpredictable handling characteristics.
