What about the VIN? |
| |
| |
|
| |
A Vehicle or Vessel Identification Number
(VIN) is issued by a manufacturer or State Licensing authority. There
are three ways for a vehicle to obtain a number.
1) An existing VIN on a vehicle that is titled in your name can be
transferred to a repair part (as instructed by your State authority).
2) A number may be issued by your State to ID a custom built vehicle
when it passes a safety and number verification inspection.
3) A licensed manufacturer issued a VIN when the vehicle (or vessel) is
made and ready for delivery. This can only be issued when a "turn key"
(completed) car, truck, boat or aircraft has been manufactured. |

| Please note: Credit card orders will
not be accepted. Prepayment via cashier's check, money order or wire
transfers must be received in advance. These are considered "Special
Order" so there is a 4-6 week assembly and crate time prior to shipping.
You can arrange your own carrier, or "Will Call" the body at a Dynacorn
factory location, or we can quote a freight charge in advance and ship
it directly to your door. All bodies are sold "AS IS" with no warranties
expressed or implied by Mustang Depot. Freight charges are on board from
the origin, so insurance handled by the carrier (trucking company).
Neither Mustang Depot or Classic Bodies Inc are liable for damages to
the body due while in transit. Every effort is made to protect the body.
Shells are encased in raw-steel 2" x 2" tube cages w/ shoes for
forklift transport. These cages are welded and bolted to the bottom of
the shell. Prior to shipping, each shell and cage will be
crated in particle board. There is
"No Returns or "Refunds" given on these bodies. There are no discounts
given of any kind. These "all steel" reproduction bodies include the
doors and trunk lid installed on car bodies. If you have any questions,
we are here to assist you. Please call 702-262-0011 for complete
details, invoicing or shipping arrangements. Thank you for choosing
