Mustang Depot with the support of the fine sponsors below have come together to give you The Rebellion in "Scarlet and Gray," a tribute to our founder’s alma mater “The UNLV Runnin' Rebels.” The Rebels are celebrating their 20 year anniversary NCAA National Championship basketball title, at the time coached by Jerry Tarkanian, aka the Shark. The blackout front and rear gained influence from European cars. The sides were influenced from our founders deep roots in the hot rod culture. The flames are not standard by any means. Instead of classic flames, this car uses reversed or negative tribal flames through an opposing color, in this case candy red. The Rebellion is also significant in that it builds on the current trends for the understated look. We've used those styling features in the front and rear to keep with the times, yet the sides are a clear detachment from the same old understated look and feel. We've also integrated carbon fiber on both the interior, exterior and engine compartment to give it a modern, race feel. The wheels are color matched American Racing Rogue wheels with Pirelli PZero Nero tires. The Rebellion Mustang also put down some impressive numbers on the dyno producing 447rwhp and 418rwtq with 13lbs of boost. So it has power to go with the flashy exterior design. The 2010 Street Scene front bumper has been modified, the side skirts are from the 2005-09 Street Scene side skirts, the 2010 rear splitter is also from Street Scene and the rear spoiler is from Roush. The carbon fiber mirrors are from APR. They're from the 2005-2009 car and require the OE internals from that year group and then only some minor drilling to line up. The hood is a Venom hood new for the 2010 manufactured by Trufiber. "We're not afraid to try different things with these cars. While people will naturally make associations with different things about our style influences and designs, we're true to what simply looks good. We hope you enjoy our efforts to give you something different then the same old mix of styling and graphics," states Mr Jacquemoud.
