Fax and Mail-In Customers

You can use our website, add everything to the cart and continue to "Checkout." On the page that immediately follows "Ship to Information," please enter the required info for transit, then select the "Mail-In Payment" option from the drop down under "Preferred Payment Type." Then click Submit. Complete the form on the following page and again hit Submit. It will give you a receipt. Use this completed receipt to mail in your payment.  The website will automatically send you a confirmation that we received your order request. This can also be faxed with your confidential payment instructions to our 24hr 7 days a week fax line 702-262-0099.

Customers Outside the USA

Unfortunately we do not accept a credit card as payment from outside the USA. However, you can still use our website to submit your order.  Simply add everything you desire to the shopping cart and continue to "Checkout." On the page that immediately follows "Ship to Information," please enter the required info for transit, then select the "Mail-In Payment" option from the drop down under "Preferred Payment Type." Then click Submit. Complete the form on the following page and again hit Submit. It will give you a receipt. The website will automatically send you a confirmation that we received your order request. In turn, we'll email you an "Estimate" of charges which will include "Wire Transfer" instructions and any applicable fees. We are not responsible for Duties, Taxes, and/or VAT charges. Duties and taxes are always the responsibility of the customer.
